HoursOffice: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * volunteer hours may vary depending on position 
Store hours: Tue and Thu 9:30 am-12 noon and 1 pm-3:30 pm

EligibilityAn eye doctor referral form needs to be completed by your optometrist, ophthalmologist or family doctor prior to receiving Low Vision Services.
