Eligibility	(for clinics): Clinics do not complete returns for deceased persons, bankruptcy, capital gains/losses, employment expenses, or business or rental income and expenses * in general, income ceilings are $25,000 for individuals, $35,000 for couples, varying levels for families, based on number of children * income ceilings may be flexible for those with special deductions, or who are close to income ceiling; to confirm eligibility, call Canada Revenue Agency 1-800-959-8281 or ask at income tax clinic
