| Description | Halton Cheshire Homes (Carey House) is a supportive housing project located in Burlington. It provides affordable, accessible housing with 24 hour attendant care in a group setting for 10 adults with physical disabilities age 16 years and up. Residence has 10 beds with individual rooms. Clients must be able to self-direct their attendant support needs and have their medical needs met by the Community. |
