Description (Service) Has a wide range of health, fitness and recreational programs for adults and students 
Facilities include:  
* fully equipped cardiovascular and weight-training fitness centre  
* racquetball courts  
* swimming pool  
* aerobic studios for fitness classes  
* gym available at certain times for drop-in basketball or volleyball games  
Classes include:  
* aquafitness * cyclefit * fusion flow * yoga * line dancing * karate * variety of weight, step and aerobic exercise programs led by fully certified instructors * Healthy Hearts Program, for those who have suffered heart problems - includes educational component * In Motion, for those with chronic joint problems (osteoporosis, osteopenia & osteoarthritis) * racquetball, basketball and volleyball programs * organized racquetball league Mon and Tue nights
Hours Mon-Fri 5:30 am-10 pm * Sat 7 am-8 pm * Sun 8 am-6 pm 
Holidays: 8 am-5 pm (contact for specific holiday hours)
