Promotes the objects and interests of RBG through: 
* fund-raising (gardens shop)  
* visitor support (information desk, tour guides, exhibit interpreters, garden ambassadors, gardening information, trail watchers)  
* education (docents, school programs assistance at the Nature Interpretive Centre, children's gardening activities)  
 
Docent program provides speakers and visual presentations to groups on Royal Botanical Gardens (history, purpose, structure and lands maintained)
