| Description (Service) | Programs and services include: Skiing: Sat and Sun during winter months * lessons with certified skiing instructors * overnight trips (weekends and longer) * ski Trips to Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, U.S. and Europe Hiking: local and bus hikes, day hikes and overnight trips (weekends and longer) * alpine hiking excursions * hiking vacations in Newfoundland, U.S., Europe, Hong Kong, Iceland, and New Zealand Cycling (bicycle): road tourers cycling or trail riders cycling program available * recreational Sunday tours, some weekends * maps and guides provided Kayaking: trips, local and weekends * weekend trips usually include camping * introductory paddling, safety and rescue and learn to roll lessons and certification in paddling through Paddle Canada Social activities * discounts for members at selected local sports stores |
