Description (Service) Quit4life is a free four-step program designed to help Canadians aged 14 to 19 quit smoking.  
 
Program is organized around four central steps:  
* Get Psyched 
* Get Smart 
* Get Support 
* Get On With It  
* handbook helps teens learn about why they smoke, how to quit and how to stay smoke-free once they quit 
 
Resources available:  
* handbook and facilitator's guide  
* available to teachers, counsellors, youth workers, and health care professionals
