Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides conversation group therapy for people with aphasia - an acquired language disorder caused by stroke, brain injury or brain illness. 
 
* follows a life participation approach – enhancing the communication skills and quality of life of people with aphasia 
* sessions are facilitated by Speech-Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants, with the support of trained volunteers and students

* Thu 1 pm-4 pm, Joseph Brant Wellness House, 2160 Itabashi Way * requires enrolment in the Wellness House Day Program
