Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Eleanor McMahon is the Member of Provincial Parliament for the Burlington Electoral District and represents the Ontario Liberal Party * she is also the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport.  
 
The Provincial Government passes legislation on education, health care, Social Assistance, housing, worker's compensation and other areas * for questions, concerns, or assistance on any provincial issues, contact the constituency office.  
 
Staff at the constituency office are Commissioners for taking affidavits, and offer this service free of charge. A Commissioner for taking affidavits may take affidavits and administer other legal oaths, affirmations or declarations. Commissioners are not authorized to certify true copies of documents. Please call ahead for an appointment.

North: A line from Burloak Drive and the QEW, west on QEW to Walker's Line, north on Walker's Line to Upper Middle Rd., west on Upper Middle to Guelph Line, north on Guelph Line to Dundas St. (Hwy 5), west on Dundas St. (Hwy 5) to Kerns Rd., then following the Burlington-Hamilton boundary along the escarpment to Hwy 6
