Description	Community Health Services provide personal care, home management and family relief to individuals and families in times of illness, convalescence, disability and family crisis.   Long-term or temporary assistance is available to:  * seniors * new mothers * physically and mentally challenged children * convalescents * palliative clients
Hours	24 hour service
Eligibility	Individuals living with an acute or chronic medical condition, disability or mental illness.

Fees	Service - hourly ; Fee assistance available ; assistance is provided by Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) and other government sources.
