OneSight Foundation 
Donated prescription glasses are recycled, proceeds provide free vision care in Canada and around the world.

Canadian Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centre 
Collects used eyewear to provide free of charge to people in developing countries. 
Drop off at participating local businesses, see list here
Miracle-Ear Foundation 
Donated hearing aids in good working order are refurbished and distributed to local residents in the Hear Again Recycling Program, or are recycled and the proceeds used to provide hearing aids to those in need.
