Public Comments Services altered in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) 
 
Effective March 29, 2020, Burlington Transit will reduce service and operate on a modified schedule: 
* Mon-Sat, 5:50 am-1:30 am, Sun, 6:14 am-9:55 pm 
 
Effective July 2, 2020, non-medical masks or face coverings are mandatory at bus stops, in terminals, and while on Burlington Transit buses and vehicles 
* only people with a disability or medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask and children under 2 are exempt from wearing a mask 
 
Customer Service is available Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-4:30 pm at 905-639-0550 or contactbt@burlington.ca 
 
Additional customer information: 
* customer are required to board and exit buses from the rear doors (customers using personal mobility devices can board and exit using the front doors) 
* to provide social distancing, customers should use alternate rows and choose seats away from other customers (customers are requested to stay behind the priority and courtesy seats) 
* fares are not being collected
