Connections to Hamilton: ask driver for free transfer 
1) Burlington Transit Route 1 (Plains) and Burlington Transit Route 101 (Plains Express) run between Burlington GO station and York & Bay in downtown Hamilton (via Fairview St. and Plains Rd) 
2) Hamilton Street Railway Route 11 Parkdale bus (east Hamilton) runs between Burlington Downtown Transit Terminal and Valley Park Community Centre in Hamilton

Connections to Waterdown: ask driver for free transfer 
Hamilton Street Railway Route 18 bus (weekdays only) runs between Aldershot GO/VIA station to Waterdown, making a loop across Hwy 5/ Dundas St to Hwy 6, along Parkside Dr to Evans Rd, and back along Hwy 5 to Waterdown Rd, then south to Aldershot GO

Connections to Oakville: ask driver for free transfer 
1) Transfers may be made at stops along Burloak Dr from Lakeshore to New St., between Burlington Transit Route 20A/20B and Oakville Transit Route 14 Lakeshore West, which also travels up Burloak (note: late-night Burlington Route 50 also follows this route, but is a late-night service * only the first Route 50 late-night bus connects (at Lakeshore and Burloak Dr) with the last Oakville Transit buses on Routes 14 and 32) 
2) Burlington Transit Routes 81 and 83 travel to RioCan Centre on Wyecroft Rd east of Burloak, where connections may be made to Oakville Transit Route 32
