| Description | The mission of Community Living Burlington is to enrich the quality of life and promote community integration of individuals who have a developmental disability. Services include: * supportive housing * ARC Industries a sheltered workshop * employment services include employment planning, supports coordination, job training, placement and maintenance, and travel route training * life skills program teaches adult participants skills they need to enhance their daily living skills * preschool integration services provides resource support to children who have special needs attending preschools or daycare centres * Respite program provides a safe and caring environment for individuals with a developmental disability allowing parents and caregivers an interval of rest from their busy schedules * Associate/Family Home program provides alternative living arrangements for children and adults who have a developmental disability * New Horizons program works in partnership with agencies serving seniors to provide inclusive recreational activities for seniors who have a developmental disability | ||
