Description (Service) Free guided self-help skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) * designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression, or those who feel depressed, stressed, worried, irritable or angry * delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, with tools to support individuals on their path to mental wellness * based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)
Hours Mon-Thu 8am-8pm, Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * every other weekend - Sat and Sun 9 am-1 pm

Eligibility Ages: 15 year(s) and up 
Individuals must meet the following eligibility: 
* ages 15 yrs and up 
* mild to moderate depression (PHQ-9) score between 0-21 (with or without anxiety) 
* not actively suicidal or has tried to commit suicide in the last 6 months 
* not at risk to harm self or others 
* not significantly misusing alcohol or drugs to the extent that it would impact engagement in CBT treatment  
* no personality disorder and no psychosis or manic episodes within the past 6 months 
* sufficient concentration and motivation to engage in the program
