Description and Service Details
Description (Service) A free non-judgmental support service for youth in Halton. 
 
Youth driven street level outreach, June - September. 
POSSE workshops and training, October - May. 
 
Offers harm reduction supplies, plus support and education regarding: 
* discrimination  
* violence  
* drug use  
* self harm  
* homelessness  
* risk behaviors  
* crisis intervention  
* and sexual health promotion 
 
Youth can get high school volunteer hours or probation hours by attending POSSE.
Hours Training is 7 pm-10 pm, Oct-May at the following locations: 
 
* Milton, 348 Bronte St S, Unit 18 (TEACH Office)- Thu 
 
* Outreach runs Jun-Sep on the same nights in Milton * call for an appointment * meeting places can be anywhere mutually agreed upon
