| Description | * Ontario Electric Railway Historical Association (O.E.R.H.A.) operates the Halton County Radial Railway * open to the public since 1972 * dedicated to the preservation, restoration and operation of an early form of transportation * membership offers the opportunity to do unique volunteer work * learn new skills or build on current skills * visitors take unlimited rides on a variety of restored streetcars, radial cars, and work cars dating from the 1890's to the 1990's * 3 display barns where more than 65 pieces of transportation equipment dating back to 1893 are displayed * authentic railway station * gift shop * ice cream shop * picnic areas | ||
