* online access to free, legal music downloads, movies and television series  
* online courses in business, technology and creative skills via Lynda.com  
* light therapy lamp available 
* delivery of library material to qualified residents through Home Library Service  
* winter and summer reading club  
* children's programs for ages 6 months and up  
* PA Day movies  
* access to the library catalogue from the library web site  
* free use of Internet workstations with word processing

* business, employment and newcomer services in partnership with other community groups 
 
* designated as a local cooling centre during times of extreme heat and a warming centre during times of extreme cold
