The following Town of Halton Hills outdoor amenities and facilities are open as of May 22: 
 
* Public Boat Launch including Fairy Lake and Fairy Lake Dock 
* Off leash zones including Prospect and Cedarvale Parks 
* Baseball Diamonds (Open for casual use only) 
* Sportsfields (Open for casual use only) 
* Tennis/pickleball courts 
* Frisbee Disc Golf at Cedarvale Park 
* Basketball courts 
* Park parking lots 
* Picnic Shelters (Open May 29) 
* Skate Parks including Three Musketears Getty Multicourt (Open May 29) 
 
No team sports are allowed. No park permits will be issued for scheduled team play.  
 
The following Town of Halton Hills amenities and facilities remain closed as of May 22: 
 
* Playgrounds 
* Skateparks 
* Park shelters/gazebos 
* Limehouse Park & Conservation Area 
* Indoor recreational facilities, arenas and swimming pools 
* Active Living Centres 
* Youth Centres 
* Splash pads 
* Outdoor exercise equipment 
* Fairy Lake beach 
* Cultural Centre and John Elliott Theatre

The town offers two well-lit, fenced and double-gated areas where dogs are permitted to run off leash. 
 
Cedarvale Park Leash-Free Zone (Cedarvale Park) 
* 135 Maple Avenue E, Georgetown 
* located next to Silver Creek 
* offers room to run with a mixture of grass and wood chip terrain 
 
Prospect Park Leash-Free Zone (Prospect Park) 
* 30 Park Avenue, Acton 
* located behind the tennis courts 
* one hour a week, from 1 pm to 2 pm on Sundays, greyhounds have exclusive use of the Leash Free zone 
* the greyhounds must wear muzzles and visitors are welcome to come and watch
